چکیده
In this work are presented data about the fauna of leaf beetles (Chrysomelidae, Coleoptera) from Tulca area, Bihor county during period 2009 – 2021. There were recorded 69 species belonging to 8 subfamilies, 35 genera, and 10 chromatic varieties. The identified relatively common in Romanian fauna, representing 12.02 % total Romania. Some species, through attacked host plants, can be harmful agriculture forestry: Crioceris duodecimpunctata L., Leptinotarsa decemlineata Say, Chrysomela populi vigintipunctata Scop., Plagiodera versicolora Laich., Gonioctena fornicata Bruggm., Phratora vitellinae Diabrotica virgifera Le Conte, Phyllotretta genus, Crepidodera aurata Marsh., aurea Geoffr. multitude number on a small territory terms surface shows great variety plant with which they feed but also fact that area is unpollued, being an argument for protecting nature future area.

Leaf beetles are ant-nest beetles: the curious life of the juvenile stages of case-bearers (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae, Cryptocephalinae)
Although some species of Cryptocephalinae (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) have been documented with ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae) for almost 200 years, information on this association is fragmentary. This contribution synthesizes extant literature and analysizes the data for biological patterns. Myrmecophily is more common in the tribe Clytrini than in Cryptocephalini, but not documented for Fulci...
متن کاملIntroduced leaf beetles of the Maritime Provinces , 9 : Chaetocnema concinna ( Marsham , 1802 ) ( Coleoptera : Chrysomelidae )
The taxonomy, nomenclature, identification, introduction history, biology, and economic importance of Chaetocnema concinna (Marsham, 1802) are reviewed, and its status as pest or beneficial insect is discussed. While it is the most important pest of sugar beet in Europe, its economic importance has not yet been demonstrated in North America. Chaetocnema concinna is widely distributed in Nova Sc...
متن کاملAlien seed beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Bruchinae) in Europe.
Under the framework of the DAISIE consortium, whose main mission is to make an inventory of the alien invasive species of Europe and its islands, we review the current state of knowledge and provide an up-to-date catalogue and distributional status for alien seed beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Bruchinae) in Europe. This work is based on studies of the species detected from the last century...
متن کاملEndemism patterns in the Italian leaf beetle fauna (Coleoptera, Chrysomelidae)
In this contribution the results of a zoogeographical analysis, carried out on the 123 endemic leaf beetle species (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) occurring in Italy and its immediately adjacent regions, are reported. To assess the level of faunistic similarity among the different geographic regions studied, a cluster analysis was performed, based on the endemic component. This was done by calculat...
متن کاملJumping mechanisms and performance in beetles. I. Flea beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Alticini).
The present study analyses the anatomy, mechanics and functional morphology of the jumping apparatus, the performance and the kinematics of the natural jump of flea beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Galerucinae: Alticini). The kinematic parameters of the initial phase of the jump were calculated for five species from five genera (average values from minimum to maximum): acceleration 0.91-2.25...
